Table instemplate

One of the Queries at the bottom of the User Query Favorites window is "Table - Insurance Template" .
When I run it I get "Invalid query: Table 'opendental.instemplate' doesn't exist."
What is that table supposed to return?

I agree and want to not have the summary of care emails that I don't want sent showing. I just referred a patient to an oral surgeon for 26 extractions, 4 quadrants of alveoplasty and 3 tori removals so now I got 33 of these emails cluttering up my chart. I agree. You cannot delete web mail messages (they are part of the patient's inbox which is why we didn't allow deleting them). I can tell which version I am using from any of my workstations, so that is not an issue. Just thought it was weird and maybe indicated something that on my server the same space is blank (not zoomed in any more than on any other machine).

Just noticed that on my server when I click on Update, where it usually shows the current version #, it is blank.
On all my workstations it shows the current version. This was the case both before & after updating from 15.2.12 to 15.2.28

Go to Setup - Module Preferences
On the Appts tab check "Appointment time locked by default"
I keep it locked by default but when we are setting up an appt we unlock it so OD can attempt to calculate the correct time length. If necessary we modify it and then relock it.

Not much better. Yes, I was able to stretch the box with the progress notes, but what about the box above it with "Enter Tx", "Missing Teeth", etc? All the tab aren't visible at once. I have to scroll from left to right. They are visible on my other computers.

Why do it from Task Manager? Not necessary. You can close Outlook normally.

Today is 2/10/14. When I click on "Yesterday" the report shows for 2/7/14, when it should show for 2/9/14. Seems to be ignoring weekends. Not everyone works a standard Monday to Friday workweek.

Since I upgraded to 13.2.27 two days ago, I am having trouble opening pdf's. Can't open them or preview them from the Image module. And sometimes, can't open them from outside OD when OD is running. When OD is closed no problem opening as many pdf's as I want.

Kevin, that is a really awesome report. Tremendous amount of information all in one place. What do you do with all that information? BTW, have you looked at the graphical dashboard in OD? It has everything I'm looking for. I find it easier to look at than a spreadsheet of numbers. It shows you trends.

I have to print my statements to a .pdf and then manually move the return address & the patient address over on the page before sending it to my printer. A painful work around.
