Your graphics settings are likely causing the crash. On a workstation that is operational, perform the following steps: 1. Go to Setup > Advanced Setup > Computers 2. Is there a compatibility issue with Acrobat Pro 8? And how screwed up is the conversion if that Livecycle is used? If I wanted to use the PatientInfo.pdf you have on your website, is this PDF editable, meaning can I add my own address and logo or do I have to start from scratch? Thanks.

This particular WACOM writes ink, as stated in the specifications, so I don't think it does. I plan on getting it and trying it out...let u know as soon as I get around to it. As for the signature capture in OD, is that in the works?

Perio chart starting point

When one goes to the perio chart after #1 has been checked off as missing in the chart module, it doesn't move to next present tooth. You always have to move it from the #1 tooth column to the #2 column to start charting. This is a bug, no?

Accidently, under edit patient window, "note" was selected under primary provider. This caused a claim filed under "NOTE" as the promary provider.

Warning! Hidden provider NOTE has claim payments entered as recently as 08/22/2008. This data will be missing on income reports. <--- How about this?

I would uncheck the email in the "show" tab in the chart module and once I close the program and restart it, that check mark is back again on the email square. Is that how it's supposed to be?

Hiding email in the Chart module

In previous versions of OD, there was never an issue with getting rid of/hiding 'EMAIL' from the Chart Module. But, in the most current version, nothing is hiding the emails being sent to patients in the Chart module. I've unchecked emails in the 'Show' tab What gives?

When in logmein, goto the options setting in the upper right corner and play with the quality/speed function. I don't seem to be able to replicate that problem on my laptop and mine is from 2002. Possible graphics card issue.

Yes, I've done that at all workstations that require printing, mainly the front office. I'm using 5.5.11. Called support, and they said it's a bug, but this was never a problem before.

We have a laser printer and a color ink jet printer, after changing all setting to point to goto the colo ink jet printer it still goes to the laser. It is a nice feature to have this email in OD and to have a record of it. But, there doesn't seem to be a way to not show it in the chart OTHER than to unclick the Proc Notes . If Proc Notes is unclicked then you loose the ability to see the progress notes of your treatment, which is what I want to ...

You know, we've been doing it exacting the way Jordan stated. But, I do think it could be presented differently, especially when one needs to show patients what their insurance pays, what the patient pays, and any amount not covered is paid via Care Credit or Citihealth.

Nice new features on the 5.0. One thing I noticed with the chart module is now one has to goto the TABs to get to the "planned appointments" and "show" seems like another click in 5.0 vs the former.
