We have been using MS outlook express. Changed out or xp pro computers and now using Windows8.1
I use open office for my word processing, etc. I do not want to buy MS Office just to get outlook express.

Thanks. That is correct. When I went to the file containing the download, I was able to open as administrator. It might help to add that bit of information to your instructions on your download page.
