Re: My patient scheduler vs. Lighthouse 360
Hi,
i am thinking of using my patient scheduler to allow patients to book their appointments online. Was just wondering if those who have or do use it found it useful.
Did it cause any problems? Did it encourage more patients to attend?
Many thanks

SMS Texting bridge

I was thinking that maybe i could create my own bridge to use a service by http://www.textlocal.com who can send texts worldwide. They provide details of the integ...

This works really well.
I also operate a plan where for a monthly fee all treatment ( with a few exceptions) is included, upto an annual limit.
Any ideas about how to set this one up?

Also does the program save a copy of the printed letter anywhere? This is important if for example you have edited the template in anyway

Re: age calculation
i am using version 5.6.30.0 the problem i have noticed is that the age calculation for some patients is a minus number. so far it is only for a couple of patients and they are the oldest ones. Their dates of birth being 22/01/1916 and 09/06/1920, using the format dd/mm/yyyy. i think i may have deter...

Re: Dymo Label Printer margins
Something like this. "patient name" Your next appointment is on "day", "dd/mm/yy" at "time". Your appointment will be with "name of clinician" The label could then be stuck to a card. It would be even better if it could be prited out onto a compliment slip. cheers Tac

Re: Appointment Card Printout
I mean details such as date, time, clinician etc. for the next appointment. This would be given to the patient at the front desk once the patient has made the appointment. It can be done to some degree by right clicking the appointment and selecting 'print card'. However this only prints out on A4 a...

Treatment Plan Printout
Hello Everyone
I am a new user of Open Dental in the Uk. Please forgive me if anything i ask anything that seems a bit silly.
I wonder if anyone can tell me if the layout of the treatment plan can be altered? By that i mean the margins to accomodate company logo and address.
Thanks
Tac
