This has happened a few times. I run my procedures not billed to insurance report, then go back and bill them out. Sometimes a procedure is listed in the patient's account as (unsent), yet it HAS been sent. When I double click on it, it says that it is part of a claim and do I really want to edit it...

It wouldn't let me delete the deposit. I don't remember what the reason was. I just posted an adjustment to the account of -200 with a note that it was transferred to the payment plan. It used to show in my old version, but not now. I tried creating a new schedule view, but I can't find tooth # and surfaces in the list to put them into the appointment view.

Right now, it just says "core" instead of "14-core", for example.

Where can I see if they are on a calendar or fiscal year ?

Maybe I'm missing it, but I can't seem to see this in an easy place.

Currently, I am going to family, clicking on their coverage percentages, clicking "Edit Benefits", and THEN I can see if the box for calendar year is checked or not.

Is this info in a more easily accessible place ?

Only think that I can think of is that the procedure is set to wrong color or type in procedure listing. Is in only on these teeth? In other words if this exact procedure code was completed on tooth #4 what happens? Yes, it is only on these 3 teeth. Same procedure code on the other anteriors works ...

Mike I think that he means the quality of the screen view. To adjust, you must click on the color quality icon (looks like the microsoft windows icon) and adjust from grayscale to high quality. I don't see where you are talking about going in and editing that procedure code. Do you have an "Open Dental for Dummies" anywhere that I could buy ?
