I believe you will need to deal with the ACDQ (Quebec's dental association) directly. Here is the link to their contact page: http://www.acdq.qc.ca/en/contact-us/. On the member side of their website, they provide a list of approved software vendors, but no guidelines on how to become one.

Just a quick comment from a member of the foreign-speaking club (who's also eagerly waiting for this improvement). Please be kind enough to program all those fields/comments/column headers so that it will be possible for us to translate them all through the translation menu/table.
Thanks!

Daily procedure report and int'l tooth numbers

My dentists are complaining about the daily procedures report that shows US teeth numbers even though we're setup for int'l. This should be an easy fix. There may be other reports with the same problem, but I haven't heard any other complaint so far... We, of course, have the same problem with user ...

tdong, kdherami,

I'm (finally) ready to send you the bridge program. I could not find a way to attach a zip file to a private message in the forum, so could you both send me an email to mfabre@cp3int.com and I'll attach it to my reply.

Wow! Amazing... It works!!! From now on, I'll put the server in a dark room with lead walls to keep it away from these nasty cosmic rays

Thanks a lot!

Justin, Jordan, I've tried using MySQL admin. Backup and restore were successful (I even restored under a new name). No errors detected. The restored database works fine in 4.6 but, when converted to 5.4 leads to the same problem. I've even tried a 2 step conversion first from 4.6 to 5.3 (which work...

KDherami, TDong, I've just sent you the specs via a private message. Since it's the first time I'm using PMs, let me know if you don't receive it.

I didn't use MySQL Admin. I'll follow your advise and see if it solves the problem.

Thanks for replying!

Since it seems I'm the only one having this problem, it must be a data problem, which is kind of unsettling since I'm using a backup of our live database that works fine with 4.6 in production and 5.3 in test. To be more specific about the error, it happens whenever I try to access directly or indir...

Kderhami, Tdong, I will forward to you both the specs for the bridge so that you assess if it works for you. Unfortunately, I don't have it on my laptop, I will need to dig it up from a backup when I will be back in town next week.

5.4.19 - clicking on an appointment in the agenda crashes OD

I've just downloaded and built 5.4.19 and cannot get it to run. I'm getting an exception 'cannot convert System.SByte to System.Byte' that makes OD crash whenever I click on an appointment in the agenda. Using the debugger, it stops on line 204, in dataObjectFactory.cs. Just to be sure, I've downloa...

The first step for you both is to check with Adstra if they still offer the eClaims as a stand alone (it's basically their full package with only the patients, insurance and cdanet functionalities activated). It's not for free of course, but it's still less expensive than the full package.

Since eClaims are mandatory for our business, we have had a one-way bridge between OD and Adstra PMP developed for us (frankly speaking, I would have gladly given this same money to help the development of Canadian eClaims in OD instead). The bridge allows us to send patient and procedure informatio...
