Correct: now I haven't used it in open dental. but basically a window pops up with pre made buttons that have specific request and replys.

Jordan: I have to agree with you. asterisk takes allot of work to setup. I've had partial success setting up trixbox with Rhino R4FXO card and polycom 501 phones. Luckily these polycom phones can have their firmware update to use on my current pbx system Talkswitch which has lots of cool features. J...

Hello all just wanted to say that we got the dymo label writter 400 working.

Xcharge and their technical support helped me change some settings and it works really nice and smooth.

NOt good so far.

We still haven't figured out how to get the dymo label printer to work. You need a thermal printer to print the CC receipt that the patient signs.

broken appointment icon

Wondering if its possible to block certain users from braking appointments.

With so many people using workstations, I've noticed appointments broken by mistake possibly becuase everyone is moving so fast.

I would like to limit this feature to our front desk staff.

Anyone know if its possible to attach our office logo into forms and reports generated by open dental. Mainly forms that are printed for patients.

Thanks
