Thank you DrTech! I just successfully built v12.3 with my 64 bit Windows 7 machine after installing .net4.5 and adding your sgen.exe.config file. I used Visual Studio Pro 2010.

That's great news. I'm installing .Net 4.5 right now on my 64bit system. Should I still run the recommended CorFlags command line? Thanks!

I am having similar issues, but I think my problem is that I compiled the debug instead of the release mode.
