turn off user "change password" feature

How do you turn off the user "change password" feature under "FILE"...Their passwords are assigned for use at each clinic. I do not want them changing their passwords. We have that in written P&P, but why even tempt them to consider to do so?

Re: Multiple offices

Are there other offices with multiple locations and databases that would like to "group" together to make this happen?
Are you talking $ dollars? interest? how much?

Re: Multiple offices

Jordan,
I LIKE your post from over 3 years ago, June 28,2007. Did that ever happen?
If not, why? ...what would it take to make it happen?

Orthodontic offices using OD

Are there any Ortho only practices using OD? I know there are some a mix of GP/ORTHO, but looking to compare features in typical ortho programs. I have OD for 4 years and love it, due to its innovation and user input, but we have grown so much in #s of orthodontists, staff and patients, it is gettin...

Re: appointment popup bubble

What fields appear in the bubble...where does the info we see there come from? Maybe we can edit those fields with info we want to see?
Thanks

Is there a way to customize the contents of this feature? Where does the information come from by default? Thanks

Re: 26 or 30 bit Wiegand output

We are having them installed this week in our facilities. That is cool and would you keep me in mind for any beta testing as you go along with yours. Looks like another good tool . Have you investigated the pro/cons possibilites of biometric login/out?
Thanks,
Don

26 or 30 bit Wiegand output

Has there been any discussion about OD compatibility with card/prox reader integration with TIME SHEET for clock in/out using Wiegand output?
Thanks, DrH

Re: Query

Steven G, thanks for the info. This is ALL NEW to me. What part of the Query is editable from the date we are looking or before? If we have a specific procedure code that we know initiates treatment (ie, D8820) and what to know all patients that have been in treatment 24 months or longer since that ...

Web Service Layer

Is the Web Service Layer stable at this point? Does it speed up VPN data transfer between remote locations? Is is a cook-book setup or does it require an IT person to configure? Anyone using the WSL successfully? Any comments? Thanks.

I would like to "ditto" that question to which I did not see a reply posted. We are an ortho practice and the quick buttons are not useful and take up space in the area for the custom quick buttons.
Thank you
