Re: Sold my dental practice

Congratulations, Jordan I moved from Mogo to OD back there in 2004-2005 since I need more than 4 fee schedules. Back then, when calling for support, you would talk to Jordan on his cell....even on Saturday/Sunday. That sounds a bit weird by now, but we can see how much OD has evolved. Thank you very...

Re: Dell Vostro desktops adequate?

There are lots dual-head video card in low profile where the 2nd VGA, DVI, HDMI goes into the 2nd slot.... I have Vostro slim, and like it. I also just added 4 all-in-one Dells to my office.... to get rid of the tower. The downside is no expansion, but the upside is that there are only 2 wires that ...

Signature On File?

Hi My OD 5.0.21 doesn't print the phrase "Signature On File" in box 53 of ADA2006 Claim form even though I already checked the "Signature on File" option in Provider setup. I know I can Photoshop directly into the ADA2006.gif but this is not a good idea. The other solution is the change the value of...

Intraoral Camera from Ebay

I've been using this Intraoral Camera I bought from Ebay ($200) for a while and love it (HK-780 USB) The only thing that bothers me is when I open the camera from the Image Module, OD gives me an error message " Failed to negotiate Pixel Type. TWAIN device does not support requested image type(s). "...

How's about an overlay (like watermark) of "NO SHOW" or "CANCELLED" directly on the scheduled appointment.... so the appointment still visible at background when we send it to broken appt list. Just wonder if it is possible.

I never try, but I think it should work. Is there a direct way from OD? I dont know.
