Log-On screen no longer appears.

A few weeks back, I had an Easy Dental database converted and added to my existing OD database.
Since that conversion, the Log-On screen no longer appears.
I now have CLINICS activated, when before it was not.
Each work station when OD is opened goes directly to the schedule, NO LOG-ON.

What gives?

Again, I'm not sure of your question. There is a box/column listed as "Allowed", there is no such space that I see called "Normal." In the "Billed" space, I have my everyday fee, in the "Deductible" space I put whatever is applicable, in the "Allowed" space I place what that Delta Premier Plan allow...

When i post a payment for a delta ppo or aarp fee schedule for the first time on a patient with delta, i enter the allowed amount, the payment amount and the write off amount. Brand new out of the box Dell Inspiron 17R.
Installed Windows updates
Next, down loaded OD Trial version as per website.
After download, and install, I continue get an error message "Unable to connect to specified Mysql host"
(Yes, ran as administrator).

Of course I scan them into the Image folder.
However, none of the functions (move, increase, decrease, rotate and flip) work with .pdf images.

It's your money....
but why not offer a complimentary "whatever" to any new patient instead of paying out real money?
You could potentially get 5-10 "prophy only" patients, pay out $600-1200 dollars just so you don't have to pay $149 for the reminder service.

Why make it so hard......
Print the standard OD deposit slip for the itemized list of checks/cash.
Take your pre-printed bank deposit, write the date on it, write "Batch" with one total and include the two slips with your deposit.
I've been doing that for as long as I can remember....way before OD.

FYI,
Today I tried to update from 7.4.5 to 7.5.1.
After download, it was installed.
Upon attempting to open the updated Open Dental, a error message appeared stating that the database is corrupted and to call tech support. And that one must restore from a previous backup.

For paper documents and plastic cards (driver license, insurance, etc) I use a Fujitsu ScanSnap S510. It works very well and is very fast. However it does not have a TWAIN driver....

I changed the graphics to OpenGL Format#7.

Ok, I used Snag-It to convert to a jpeg.
After MUCH trial and error, I was able to shift the image to where I want it.
Don't you think it would be more user friendly if there were reference points or a grid for the X/Y coordinates?

Actually, I want my letter sheets to have my letterhead.
My letterhead isn't complicated, just different sizes of the same font (Times Roman), centered.
MS Mord won't save the doc as a JPEG.
Sheets won't let me have different sized font (at least I can't seem to do it).
So, what does one do?
