I checked the network sleep card. It is correct.
We just got a new router 2 months ago. Nothing changed

Can I revive this thread? My whole OD network is slow and we've got a brand new Server. There is a new laptop on the network (mine) and that has an initial delay of 9 seconds on startup whenever it's been idle for awhile. My IT guys are stumped. What do I need to do to correct it?

Jordan, You hit the nail on the head! YES, some of those patients had PPO plans that were not set-up as PPOs. They were classified as Category Percentage. Since everything is locked I am going to manually add up the overpayments and add them as an adjustment under a new category for tracking purpose...

When we submit to a PPO, we submit a $75 prophy (UCR) but plan on getting $57 from the insurance complany. If the insurance company pays us $58 we have a dollar overpayment on the Insurance Overpaid report. Why? What are we doing wrong?

Dental Senders and Open Dental

I've been using Dental Senders with OD since 2008 and it's worked well for confirming appointments but it hasn't worked for Recare/Recall or reactivating dormant patients. I've updated DS software but it doesn't seem to deliver the latter reminders. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks!

I have a problem that has plaqued us since the early days of OD. Perhaps there is an answer now. 1. We submit an eclaim to insurance with UCR fees althought it is a PPO. 2.
