Inactive will show by default in the select patient window. Archived will not. So they appear to be new patient to the office so a new chart would be made. unless the patient inform the office that they are returning to the office letting the front desk know to look in the archived patient files.

I think the problem is with the Dimaxis software and not OD. Have you contacted support for Dimaxis? Do they support the Greek alphabet?

One thing to consider with import/export and online access is somehow link to Microsoft's Healthvault, or Google health patient record system. Say upload preexisting conditions, perio charting, treatment plan. So pt. can look at it or share it. Not sure if it is even doable or how, but something to ...
