Re: Query question
So I figured it out Tom! If you're still curious......it will only pull up those codes that were treatment plannED, not ACTIVE treatment. So on Monday when I want to look for my codes for the people that are scheduled this week, my codes won't show since the days haven't happened yet. And the Treatm...

Re: Query question
AND pc.ProcCode IN('N1114') /* NOTE: put as many procedurecodes as you like, in single quotes separated by commas*/ )A; There is the last little bit of that query. A patient that is scheduled tomorrow has that N1114 code in their treatment plan. Then I changed the dates to reflect this week. I teste...

Re: Query question
That's what I was doing but it apparently only does codes that start with D. Do you know of another query for treatment planned codes that I can enter AND do a date range?

Query question
I'm looking for a report for a date range and specific codes. I found this query: /*508 Active patients who have a specific code in treatment plan, with addresses like 304 with date range*/ /*Query code written/modified: 08/26/2016*/ SET @FromDate='2010-01-01'; SET @ToDate='2010-06-01'; SET @pos=0; ...

Insurance payments and writeoff reports
I have ran several reports and the math is not adding up. I need a report for the total amount of Cigna Payments (if it has the total of our billed amount that would be a bonus) and a report for the total amount of Cigna write offs.
Thank you
Thank you

Edit Treatment Plan HELP
I'm trying to figure out why I don't have the option to leave a note when putting in estimates. Let me guide you: In the treatment plan, I double click on a procedure, which brings up the "Procedure Info". When I double click in the "Insurance Estimates and Payments" it brings up "Edit Claim Procedu...

Report for Unscheduled Tx
In Queries, is #50 (Treatment planned procedures, that are not in a scheduled apt ) a good report to get a date range of pt's that have unscheduled tx? Or is there a better one?
Thank you!
Thank you!

This would be great. I just always type the pt portion in the remarks box "pt pays $x.xx"

Table of Contents
Any idea why the little question marks in OD aren't working anymore....it used to bring up the exact how-to's of the location you're in, now it brings up the whole table of contents and it just refreshes when you finally find what you're looking for.
Thanks

Re: EOD Report
In the standard reports in the Production and Income box....I use the More Options to print my EOD. I've got that red tab, all that is correct...but the pt paid for it and it should be on the EOD report as the daily income. I like the fact that it can be "hidden" that way someone else doesn't alloca...

EOD Report
Good morning. I just started utilizing the allocation of prepayments to future tx after we did the update. My question is, on my EOD report, it's not showing the pt's full payment. For example, yesterday the pt paid her $30 for fluoride and wanted to pay $42.60 for her filling next week, so $72.60 w...

Help finding report
Hello,
I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction to a report....I need a list of all subscribers that have Metlife dental insurance. I need an easy way to get their email and address so I can send them a letter.
Thanks

Multiple Cell numbers
Can you put multiple cell numbers for a pt separated by a comma.....and will they get the texts? If it matters, we use Yapi (should I call them to make sure?) We have a mother that would like texts for her young adult son to make sure he comes to his appointments.
Thanks
Thanks

Block Scheduling
I didn't know if anyone does block scheduling and if you have a template?? And is there an easy way to do it?
We'd like to make sure we are blocking space, along with the appropriate time, for doc side and hygiene. We don't seem to have enough time for SRP's and recall for PM.
Thanks

Inactive Pt Report
Hello,
I'm looking for a report that gives all our Inactive/Non-pts. I want to make sure we don't have insurances attached to them. We are trying to figure out how many pts we have for each insurance carrier.
Thank you

Good Morning,
I hope this is the correct place to ask this question (first time here )
How do you all enter the frequencies for, example, exams and prophy's that are 2 per 12 months?! I'm just doing every 6 months, but I wasn't sure if there was a better way.
Thanks
Sam
