we are dropping an insurance. How do I print labels for all the patients on that plan? I called help desk and they didn't know.

SOME of my family gets free dental. How do you set this up in OD? Should I make a fee schedule of all procedures $0? Gets a little old doing a discount after the procedures are posted.

If you recommended treatment 5 years ago and they never did it, how do you archive an old treatment plan? I don't want it sitting in her active treatment plan, because it is not needed, yet i wanted it documented that it was in there.

I use synctoy to back up to a dropbox folder on my local intranet...which is saved offsite. Even this though I still risk copying the virus, which would turn my backup plan to garbage.

So i opened up the failed synctoy and it wasnt the MYSQL files. Those copied fine. It was my xrays.


On a side not though. Maybe using synctoy is a bad options. If I get ransomware then i will just sync the virus.

Whats the best way to do this?

I tried to use "synctoy" microsofts automatic file sync software. When it runs in the middle of the night I can never copy the Mysql folder without getting errors.
