insurance plan types

How does the ppo fixed benefit differ from PPO Percentage? I read the descriptions and it wasn't clear to me..? I've been using PPO Percentage, in what situation might I want to switch to a PPO Fixed Benefit plan def instead?

For the past few versions, when I break an appointment and it goes to Edit Adjustment, when I choose BROKEN Appt - No show or whatever, it wants me to attach a procedure to the adjustment. Is it possible to filter out procedures where we check do not bill to insurance? Since if we are using that HIPAA-based exclusion, those procedures shouldn't be shown to the insco when they audit?

I've used OD for some interactions between drugs and drugs and drugs and medical problems. But it's frustrating to define them individually. Go to File > Graphics > Use DirectX tooth chart Click on the first row in the chart at the bottom of the window. Hit OK. If you get an error about incompatible DirectX no matter which row you select and hit OK on, you may need to install the DirectX SDK - I customized the install and did the DirectX...
