What is every one using for kiosk check in. I want to have all the patient info and medical info entered by the pt. Are people using tablets or kiosk stations? I also use Yapi. Would an iPad with Yapi be easier. Just curious what every one has had success with. Thanks.

We have 4 offices and 4 different data bases. Is there any way to transfer a single pt between data bases? If a pt leaves office one and moves to office two, what is the best way to get only thats pts info to the second data base? Its nice to have all the pts tx plans and notes available.
